Amy and I swung by Disney’s Old Key West Resort for lunch yesterday and were surprised to walk in to some brand new member merchandise that they just released! We also heard of it appearing at a few other resorts as well so be sure to check your resorts store to see if they carry it.
Here’s some pictures and details about the new items available:
New Disney Vacation Club Spirit Jersey – $54.99
The Jersey is a dark turquoise with teal lettering. Amy bought this on the spot and likes the design and color better than some of the others they have come out with.
DVC Member Luggage Tag – $9.99
This is a neat new design and theme that seems to be carried through this new line.
DVC Member Mug – $16.99
I really liked this one and if I hadn’t already purchased two mugs on this trip, I probably would’ve added this to my collection as well.
DVC Member Window Cling – $7.99
We had a little debate at first as to whether this was a sticker or see through window cling. A cast member settled it by peaking up a corner to reveal that it is in fact a cling.
DVC Christmas Ornament – $21.99
Here’s a cute little ornament to add to your Christmas tree… I think before too long, I’m going to need a second Disney tree in my house.
DVC Member Hard Shell Suitcase – $159.00
Saving what I believe to be the best for last, we now have a DVC suitcase! This is a carry-on sized hard shell and appears to be built well.
Notice all the emblem logos that appear to represent the DVC Resorts. I would imagine this may carry over to other merchandise (I.E. – New Dooney DVC?)
All merchandise is eligible for the 20% direct Member Discount. As of writing this article, none of the new merchandise is available via the Shop Disney website.

I wish I could say I like this – but I don’t really care for it. I love the idea of the multi-emblem merchandise, but this is too cartoony for my taste. The Mickey ornament is cute, but what is the recent DVC obsession with Binoculars – last year they had a set of DVC ears that had binoculars on it…I don’t get what in the world this has to do with DVC – that we are explorers that want to travel the world? Maybe. The only good news is if that’s the pattern on the new Dooney I don’t have to worry about DW buying it!
Is that spirit jersey only available at OKW, or has anyone seen it at other resorts/in parks? I’m VERY interested in that!

I’m always happy to see new DVC merch but I have to say, this pattern/style doesnt float my boat. Which is good – less for me to buy!
I love the suitcase and the luggage tags. I will so be scooping these up on my next try to Florida
I wish they would go back to the original design. I’m just not a fan of the “peeping Mickey”, lol.
