Disney Vacation Club Members looking to book an upcoming trip were met with an endless spinning wheel of death early Monday morning when logging into their Disney Vacation Club Account.

As of 10 am, EST the Disney Vacation Club Member Services phone system was informing members of a system-wide outage affecting member booking. The audio states:

Member services is experiencing a system outage, which limits our access to our reservation system.  We apologize for any inconvenience and invite you to call back later.

– Disney Vacation Club Member Services

This outage comes on the heels of multiple other issues that have affected member booking since the first of the year.

  • Now, I’m not a DVC Member, and keep up with the news via the Dis Network of sites, but this seems very “day that ends in Y” to me. As in, I’m surprised members could tell the difference, because it always seems to be out.

  • We have never ever ever regretted being DVC members until Chapek and his Penny pinching started to impact the magic in such a negative way. Our membership benefits have been drastically cut back. We have yet to get any real information on how to book through Interval International and we despise the costs of AP’s and hate the new “ virtual “ membership card. We have spent enormous sums through the years and if Disney is too cheap to even provide a real membership card , then we regret we ever joined.
