In what feels like deja vu, booking issues are plaguing Disney Vacation Club owners of The Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel!
For the third time in less than eighteen months, owners of The Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel have been left in the dark after yet another booking glitch has affected the resort’s reservation system.
As of Friday, August 19th, 2022, at 7:10 pm EST, an alert on the Disney Vacation Club website stated:
” Bookings and Modifications for The Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel are temporarily unavailable via Online and through DVC Member Services and will be available once again as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.”
This is reminiscent of the issues that owners experienced in April 2021 and again earlier this year when Grand Californian DVC bookings were unavailable for almost two weeks. At that time, Member Services representatives were quoted as saying that they were “working around the clock” to resolve the issue. What is known is that Grand Californian DVC owners are growing increasingly frustrated with this recurring situation.
As of right now, it’s unclear when bookings will be available again.
