For the past few years, Amy and I have gathered with a few close friends via FaceTime to deep dive into the delicious deets of the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival.
The wine flows, the jokes fly, and as Elaine Edwards will tell you, I put on a PowerPoint Presentation as we explore the tastiest tidbits about every new booth and menu item waiting for us at the festival. (No – There is not a laser pointer involved.)
The running joke is that this night is more anticipated than the festival itself (although that may be the wine talking)!
