Among the DVC resorts, there are quite a few villa types that offer beautiful fireworks views!  From the clearly labeled “Theme Park View” rooms to the not-so-obvious booking categories, here are the room types from which you can view fireworks.

Resorts with a Theme Park View Booking Category

The most obvious way to get a fireworks view is to book a villa with a Theme Park View.  You’ll find these villas at Bay Lake Tower as well as the Resort Studios in the Big Pine Key Building at the Grand Floridian.  While these rooms carry a premium point value over other booking categories, they guarantee that you will have a fireworks view.

Lake View Villas with Fireworks Views

View from Lake View Deluxe Studio 8208 at Bay Lake Tower

Some of the Lake View villas at Bay Lake Tower have the best of both worlds.  Look to the right of the balcony, and you see the beautiful and peaceful Bay Lake.  Look to the left, and you see the Magic Kingdom!  Villas like this can be found in the North wing of Bay Lake Tower.

At the Polynesian, the Lake View Deluxe Studios have a beautiful view of the Seven Seas Lagoon.  While you can also see Cinderella Castle off in the distance from most of them, the view from studios on the second and third floors is less obstructed by the bungalows.

Standard View Villas with Fireworks Views

At Riviera, the booking categories may seem a bit backwards.  Yes, the Standard View rooms may overlook the parking lots.  However, many of these same Standard View rooms have a view of EPCOT in the distance, and guests can see the fireworks from their balconies.

At Bay Lake Tower, there are also some Standard View villas with a partial theme park view.  As shared here, these tend to be the even-numbered rooms in the North wing of Bay Lake Tower like 7212 and 7214.

Other Booking Categories with Fireworks Views

Though not labeled as Theme Park View rooms, the Boardwalk View villas at the BoardWalk have nice fireworks views of EPCOT.  The view is slightly better from the higher floors and as you go towards the end of the resort near Jellyrolls.

All of the Bora Bora Bungalows at the Polynesian are Lake View and sit right along the Seven Seas Lagoon.  They have a perfect view of the Magic Kingdom from their private decks.  You could even watch fireworks from the plunge pool!

Some of the Cascade Cabins at Copper Creek have fireworks views from their porches.  Just note that this can really vary depending on which cabin you have.  Some have partial views that are blocked by trees while others like Cabins 8023-8026 have clearer fireworks views.

There’s nothing quite like enjoying the view from a DVC villa, and it’s even more magical with these fireworks views!
