Digging Into the New DVC Prices and Promos

Riviera

As we reported earlier today, Disney Vacation Club has released a new Spring savings in conjunction with its planned pricing increase for Disney’s Riviera Resort and Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas.

In order to better understand the effects of the price changes in association with the new discounts, we ran a quick comparison to the previous costs and incentives:

*Prior incentive data from 10/31/19 thru 1/28/20 including prior “Act Fast” savings.

It quickly becomes apparent that DVC appears to be playing a numbers game when it comes to the combined effect of direct price increases as compared to current incentives being offered. Overall, prices have remained extremely close to previous numbers, although the general trend is an overall increase in price per point.

Riviera will see prices increase further once the limited time extra savings of $750 to $1,500 disappear on February 26th.
