In what has become a yearly Walt Disney World tradition in February or March, prices on certain tickets and annual passes have seen an increase overnight.
Disney Vacation Club owners appear to have fared well in this round of price hikes with discounted annual pass prices seeing little or no increase.
Effective Tuesday, February 11th, 2020, annual pass prices for DVC members are the following:

| Disney Gold Pass – Renewal | $611 plus tax | Increase of $17 |
| Disney Platinum Pass – New Purchase | $899 plus tax | No change |
| Disney Platinum Pass – Renewal | $764 plus tax | No change |
| Disney Platinum Plus Pass – New Purchase | $999 plus tax | No change |
| Disney Platinum Plus Pass – Renewal | $849 plus tax | No change |
As seen above, Disney Gold Pass and Gold Pass Renewal were the only two options exclusively available to Disney Vacation Club members to see a change.
Note that all discounted annual pass prices listed above are only available to Direct owners with a valid blue membership card. Resale owners can still purchase Platinum Plus and Platinum AP’s, however, this will be at an increased rate of $1,295 and $1,195 respectively, accounting for an increase of $76.

February 11, 2020I recommend everyone that is getting frustrated with the overnight Annual Pass Price hikes send an email to your DVC Guide as well as Disney to voice their less than Magical thoughts. Disney price increases are like Death and Taxes. However for Disney’s most loyal fans they should give us a heads up on Annual Pass increases. Even 3 days would allow those like myself that are looking to purchase or renew any day now can make informed decisions. I am not complaining about price increases only the way Disney takes advantage of those spending the most money at their Resorts and Parks. DVC Members have a strong voice and changes can happen just like the 2020 Points Charts. So lets use our voices to let Disney know there is a better way to handle price increases to Annual Pass holders.

February 11, 2020Wow, a whole $20 price increase compared to Disneyland where prices went up over $100 for most passes if you want Maxpass added.
