Today join Fiasco & Haley at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort for dinner at the Wind & Waves Grill! Wind & Waves is the name of both the quick service and the table service dining here at Vero.
Paul lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife, Amy, and their three Spanish galgos, Hermès, Cinders, and Emerson. They’re Disney Vacation Club Members at five resorts, Disney World Annual Passholders, and always on the lookout for new ways to enjoy and maximize their DVC points. When he’s not at the parks or planning their next trip, Paul loves cooking (big Alton Brown fan), training for Disney races with Amy, and blasting Billy Joel in the background.

I have eaten there for both breakfast and dinner. It was summer 2019 so the dinner menu was different. I did get some sort of fish which I enjoyed. I remember breakfast getting some basket of pastries that the family liked. I do remember both times the service being outstanding. And I did enjoy the quick service options at the wind and waves market too.

Fiasco,
Just missed you & Haley again by a couple of hours. I’m guessing that you ate around the 5-6 slot, judging by the lighting.
My son, Trey, and I, had the Corvina, and we both loved it. Cooked perfectly, seasoned well, and nice presentation. I would’ve been interested in your opinion had you ordered it.
Agree with you on crab cake. Decent, nothing special. Asked for the sweet chili sauce, which was good.
Also agree with the service. We had Muriel & she was outstanding, though we weren’t offered a coffee to go. Maybe you two were “made.”
