    I am with Sean. My first thought was $300 per point. At best existing DVC members MAY see an initial price of $275. I think a price of $250 per point for the DVC tower is wishful thinking. The only thing that might drive the price per point down is a high(ish) point per night price (20 – 25) for the deluxe studio.
