MORE Sold-Out Disney Vacation Club Resort Price Increases On The Way

If you’ve been waiting to purchase some direct Disney Vacation Club points, it is about to get more expensive! Disney Vacation Club is celebrating the new year with more direct pricing increases for certain sold-out resorts!

On Thursday, January 20th, 2022, direct pricing at the following resorts will increase for both existing and new members to the following levels:

Sold-out resort pricing for all other Disney Vacation Club properties remains unchanged at this time.

For Hilton Head and Vero Beach, this marks the second direct price increase for these sold-out DVC Resorts in the past twelve months.


These increases come on the heels of previously announced price increases for both Disney’s Riviera Resort and Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas.

Effective Thursday, February 3rd, 2022, direct prices will increase to the following per point levels:

Price increases for both existing and sold-out Disney Vacation Club properties have become the norm for the first of the year. Most of these resorts also saw pricing increases in January 2020. Here’s a look at where we’ve been and where we’re headed:

Historical Direct Price Increases

It is now becoming harder and harder to ignore the huge savings associated with purchasing a DVC resale contract. Many direct membership perks and purchasing motivators such as Moonlight Magic and the ability to buy Annual Passes remain discontinued at this time, lowering the appeal of a direct contract to members.
