As we look forward to Summer, Disney Vacation Club is also looking to make a little extra cash on direct sales for their beach-front resorts!

With the rollout of new Summer 2021 direct sales incentives for Disney Vacation Club comes an increase in the price per point for both Disney’s Vero Beach Resort and Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort.

Effective Thursday, May 13th, 2021, direct prices will increase to the following per point levels:

ResortPrevious Direct PriceAs of May 13thIncrease
Disney’s Vero Beach Resort$120$125+ $5
Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort$135$140+ $5

These increases caught us a little off-guard with little rumor or fanfare and add to the price increases we saw back in January 2021 for other sold-out Disney Vacation Club properties.

Vero and Hilton Head represent the lowest-priced Disney Vacation Club resorts that can be purchased and also sell for an extremely low cost per point on the resale market:

ResortDirect PriceAverage Resale PriceResale Savings
Disney’s Vero Beach Resort$125$82$43 per point
Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort$140$83$57 per point
*Average resale prices based on April 2021 sales reported by DVC Resale Market.

The flip-side, however, is that these two resorts represent the highest priced yearly annual dues of all Disney Vacation Club properties.
