As we reach the beginning of the year, the inevitable is coming, DVC Annual Dues. 2026 DVC Annual Dues bills are now available on the Disney Vacation Club website. Payments in full are due on January 15th, 2026, and be considered “late” by February 15th, 2026. Those enrolling in monthly autopay must do this by January 15th, 2026.
For the newer members out there or maybe those who just need a refresher, let’s review the options you have for paying your annual dues!
Pay One Lump Sum Online
You can do this on the member site using a bank account, credit card, or our personal favorite, Disney Gift Cards. Many members find gift card deals throughout the year and stockpile them for dues. We personally find Disney Gift Cards to be a great gift for us when family members ask, and we usually use a Target RedCard/CircleCard for 5% off any additional gift cards we need. It’s like getting 5% off your dues! There are other gift card deals to be had as well, like an earlier 10% off offer by Giftcards.com this holiday season. Purchasing your gift cards with a rewards credit card can help you add even more savings.
Pay One Lump Sum AutoPay
If you prefer the “set-it-and-forget-it” scenario, you can set up an autopay to automatically pay your dues in a lump sum yearly. Note that this feature is not an option for those who choose to make monthly payments. Personally, I’m not too fond of this method for a few reasons. First, you are missing out on valuable gift card savings. Second, most credit cards expire within three years, so you will still need to re-setup your autopay every few years. Since it only occurs once a year, you will only get to use this feature one-three times before you have to make changes.
Pay Monthly
If you opt for the monthly payment, it will take your yearly dues and spread them out over 12 payments. This is convenient if you don’t want to shell out the entire bill at once. The downside here is that in order to enroll in monthly payments, you can only use a bank account. While there used to be a loophole for using gift cards by paying ahead each month, this option has been removed. You do not have the option to use a credit card or gift cards when enrolling in monthly autopay.
Mail a Check
If you are not interested in dealing with paying dues online, you still have the option to mail in a check. If you usually choose this method, you can send your 2026 DVC Annual Dues payments to one of the following addresses:
Regular Mail:
DVC Dues
28397 Network Place
Chicago, IL 60673-1283
Overnight Service:
Disney Vacation Development, Inc.
215 Celebration Place
Suite 150
Celebration FL, 34747
Call and Pay By Phone
You can also call Member Services to pay your bill. Be sure to have your preferred method ready. Also, remember if you are setting up a monthly payment, you will need a US banking account. The phone number is (800) 800-9800.
What if You Don’t Pay Your DVC Annual Dues?
While dues are due January 15th, 2026, you have until February 15th, 2026, for your payment to hit your account before you incur late fees. As of February 15th, 2026, you will have late fees and interest assessments that will accumulate each month on any past-due balance. Disney Vacation Club will typically start to lock Members out of their account on or around March 1st if no attempt to pay annual dues has been made. Future reservations you have booked will also be cancelled as a result of any failure to pay annual dues on time.
Let us know in the comments how you pay your DVC Annual Dues and stay tuned to DVC Fan for more Disney and Disney Vacation Club information.

December 30, 2025We pay monthly, but I was wondering if we can call and pay off that balance at anytime? In the meantime, I’m going to start collecting gift cards from Target now for the 2022 dues.

December 30, 2025We’re on the monthly plan, but pay using Disney GCs every 2-3 months. Just before they take out a payment, I go online and pay using the GC. I get the $200 GC from Target (pay $190), and apply it all towards dues. They apply it to each monthly payment, so I just repeat the process before the next payment is due in about 3 months.

December 30, 2025Throughout the year I’ve bought Disney gift cards using Amex Offers at Shoprite. I’ve purchased $425 worth of gift cards and actually only spent $375. But those $375 were cash back rewards dollars through my Chase Freedom card. So honestly I don’t spend anything out of pocket on my dues. 🙂

December 30, 2025If you have a Disney Visa card, you can use the Disney Rewards dollars you earn to pay dues. Just be sure to leave enough time for the initial Rewards card to be mailed to you, then you can transfer Rewards dollars to the card online any time.
