Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Members are in for a magical summer as DVC has just announced exclusive Member viewing areas for some of Disneyland Resort’s most beloved parades and nighttime spectaculars. In honor of Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary, Members will have the chance to enjoy prime views of Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!, World of Color Happiness!, Paint the Night Parade, and Wondrous Journeys—all from special reserved areas.
Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration! Parade
Location: Disney California Adventure Park (Upper Patio of Golden Vine House – A DVC Welcome Home Center)
Event Dates: Every Saturday from May 17, 2025, to August 30, 2025
Event Time: 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time
DVC Members can experience the colorful and energetic Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration! parade from an exclusive viewing area on the upper patio of Golden Vine House. This elevated vantage point provides an excellent view of the parade as beloved Pixar characters bring joy and excitement to the streets of Disney California Adventure Park.
How to Attend:
- No Pre-Registration Required: Simply check in at Golden Vine House on the day of the event to receive your wristband.
- Party Size Limit: Member plus up to 4 Guests (total of 5), or the number of Guests on the Resort reservation.
- Requirements: Valid theme park admission, park reservation, a DVC Digital Membership Card, and photo ID.
Exclusive Nighttime Spectaculars Viewing
DVC Members can also enjoy special reserved viewing areas for three of Disneyland’s most iconic nighttime shows:
World of Color Happiness!
Location: Paradise Gardens Park at Disney California Adventure Park

Members can watch the dazzling World of Color Happiness! from a reserved viewing area at Paradise Gardens Park.
Paint the Night Parade & Wondrous Journeys
Location: Small World Promenade at Disneyland Park

- Thursday, June 26, 2025
Event Time: 8:45 PM Pacific Time
This special viewing area offers a front-row experience for the electrifying Paint the Night Parade and the enchanting Wondrous Journeys nighttime spectacular—two breathtaking shows enjoyed back-to-back.
How to Secure Your Spot
Wristband Distribution:
- Pick Up Time: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the day of the event.
- Pick Up Locations:
- Golden Vine House (for World of Color Happiness!)
- Star View Station – A DVC Member Lounge (for Paint the Night Parade & Wondrous Journeys)
- Each Member in your party must be present to collect their wristband.
Eligibility and Requirements:
- Membership Requirement: Only DVC Members eligible for Membership Extras can participate.
- Park Admission: Valid theme park admission and a park reservation are required.
- Party Size Limit: Member plus up to 4 Guests (total of 5), or the number of Guests on the Resort reservation.
- DVC Digital Membership Card: Must be added to your digital wallet on your mobile device before arrival.
- Check-In: Arrive at the viewing area at least 15 minutes before the showtime to secure your spot.
Important Details to Remember:
- Capacity Limits: Viewing areas are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- One Event Per Membership: Members may attend only one event date per parade or nighttime spectacular per Membership.
- Standing Room Only: All viewing areas are standing room only.
- Non-Transferable: These viewing opportunities cannot be sold or transferred.
We’re excited to share that we’ll be heading out to Disneyland in June for the 70th Anniversary celebration and can’t wait to (hopefully) experience the Pixar Pals Parade from this exclusive DVC viewing location! Sadly, we’ll miss the Paint the Night dates, but we hope other Members have a blast enjoying this amazing perk!
