NEW DVC Welcome Home Center Coming to Blue Sky Cellar in Disneyland

The magic continues to expand at Disneyland as it was just announced that the Blue Sky Cellar at Disney California Adventure Park will transform into a Disney Vacation Club Welcome Home Center. This exciting news is another element of the growing presence of Disney Vacation Club (DVC) in Disneyland.

The Blue Sky Cellar, a space that has previously served as a preview center for upcoming attractions and projects, has been a staple of the Disney California Adventure Park since it opened its doors in 2009. Known for replacing the old Seasons of the Vine Theater, the Blue Sky Cellar has always been a hub for innovation and imagination, offering guests a sneak peek into the future of Disneyland. Most recently, the space showcased Imagineering aspects of the Pixar Pier transformation.

As the Blue Sky Cellar prepares to embark on its new journey as a DVC Welcome Home Center, DVC members can look forward to an exclusive space designed just for them. This new space will likely be a sales center location highlighting Disney Vacation Club and the variety of options and benefits associated with membership. While specific details about the transformation are yet to be revealed, Disneyland has assured that more information will be shared at a later date.

This news comes on the heels of the successful opening of The Villas at Disneyland Hotel in late September 2023, marking the second DVC property in California. The Villas have added approximately 350 rooms to Disneyland’s DVC offerings, enhancing the ability to provide members with vacation experiences on the West Coast.

In addition to The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, Disneyland also recently opened Star View Station – a DVC Member Lounge located on the second floor of Star Wars Launch Bay at Disneyland Park. This unique lounge gives DVC members the chance to unwind and relax while enjoying stunning views of the park.

The transformation of the Blue Sky Cellar into a DVC Welcome Home Center signifies Disney’s commitment to enhancing the DVC experience at the Disneyland Resort. As DVC’s presence continues to grow within Disneyland, members can look forward to more exclusive benefits, personalized experiences, and magical surprises.

We can’t wait to see the magic that the transformed Blue Sky Cellar will bring to DVC members. Be sure to stay tuned to DVCFan.com for more updates on this exciting development!
