1. Restaurantosaurus (DinoLand U.S.A.) – Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park

What to expect: Santa appears at the Parasaurolophus Porch of Restaurantosaurus, surrounded by dino-themed holiday decorations – complete with parachuting dinosaurs and festive fossils. DVC tip: Perfect for an early morning stop if you’re staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Arrive before the area gets crowded post-lunch.

2. Walt Disney Presents – Disney’s Hollywood Studios

What to expect: New for 2025, Santa appears in a whimsical Santa’s Workshop-themed space inspired by the 1932 Silly Symphony short. Located indoors at Walt Disney Presents, this is a cozy and immersive photo opportunity. DVC tip: Ideal for midday visits if you’re skyliner hopping from Riviera or BoardWalk Resort. Bonus: indoor queue and weather-proof!

3. CommuniCore Hall – EPCOT

What to expect: Santa is meeting guests daily inside CommuniCore Hall during the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays (Nov 28–Dec 24). Also enjoy international storytellers like Barn Santa (Norway) and Père Noël (France). DVC tip: Best visited late morning before the festival crowds peak. Combine this with a leisurely World Showcase stroll and festive treats. Don’t forget to also run over and see the gingerbread displays at BoardWalk and Beach Club!

4. Disney Springs (Marketplace near Disney’s Pin Traders)

What to expect: This is where we met Santa last year, and I cannot recommend it enough! Santa meets in a charming open-air workshop near Pin Traders. A virtual queue through the My Disney Experience app is required, but super easy. DVC tip: Make this a relaxed midday activity on a rest day at Saratoga Springs or Old Key West. Grab holiday snacks (Amy recommends Earl of Sandwich), and enjoy the Christmas Tree Stroll while you wait.

5. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party & Storybook Circus – Magic Kingdom Park

What to expect: See Santa in Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and meet him under the big top at Storybook Circus. Starting Thanksgiving, the meet-and-greet is open to all daytime guests. DVC tip: If you’re staying at Bay Lake Tower, Grand Floridian, or the Polynesian, this is a can’t-miss since it’s a short walk, monorail, or boat away! Get a parade spot early and do the meet-and-greet during the first party hour.
