This holiday season, Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is once again inviting its Members to celebrate in full pioneer fashion with Disney Vacation Club Hoop Dee Holidays! This festive hoopla is set to take place on select nights in December, offering an unforgettable evening of music, comedy, and a fantastic feast.
This festive holiday Member Exclusive event will take place at Pioneer Hall in Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. Here, members will be treated to a Member-exclusive pre-show and a keepsake to commemorate their evening before enjoying the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue!
Event Dates and Show Times
Mark your calendars for Tuesday, December 9th, 2025, and Tuesday, December 16th, 2025. There will be two show times each day — at 4:00 PM and 6:15 PM Eastern Time.
Guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to their reservation time to check-in. The doors open, and seating begins immediately at these times, with the show kicking off 20 minutes later.
A Feast to Remember
Disney Vacation Club Hoop Dee Holidays isn’t just about the fun and entertainment; it also promises a mouth-watering feast that will keep you coming back for more. The all-you-care-to-enjoy menu is as follows:
Starter:
- Tossed Mixed Greens: Freshly tossed mixed greens to start your meal on a light and refreshing note.
- Fresh-baked Cornbread: Warm, fluffy cornbread that complements your meal beautifully.
- Creamy Coleslaw: A crunchy and creamy side dish that balances out your meal perfectly.
Main Course:
- All-you-care-to-enjoy Fried Chicken: Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. This fried chicken is a crowd favorite.
- Smoked BBQ Pork Ribs: These tender ribs are smoked to perfection and slathered in a tangy barbecue sauce.
- Macaroni and Cheese: Creamy, cheesy, and simply irresistible – a comfort food classic.
- Cowboy Beans: Savory and hearty cowboy beans, a staple of every cowboy’s diet.
Dessert:
- Strawberry Shortcake: A sweet and tangy strawberry compote layered between fluffy shortcake and topped with whipped cream. The grand finale to your meal!
Beverages:
- Unlimited Draft Beer, Wine and Sangria for guests 21 years of age and up (valid ID required). Soft drinks are also available.

Eligibility and Party Size Limit
This event is open to Disney Vacation Club Members who are eligible for Membership Extras benefits. Each member can attend and bring up to 11 additional guests per membership, making it a total of 12 attendees per group.
Seating and Prices
Seats are allocated based on party size and category, with three different seating categories to choose from. Wheelchair-accessible seating is available in Categories 1 and 2, while Category 3 seating is located on the second floor of Pioneer Hall, which does not have elevator access. Prices include tax and gratuity, and advance booking is required.
- Category 1: $83.00 per person (Ages 10 and older), $50.00 per person (Ages 3 to 9)
- Category 2: $79.00 per person (Ages 10 and older), $46.00 per person (Ages 3 to 9)
- Category 3: $75.00 per person (Ages 10 and older), $45.00 per person (Ages 3 to 9)
How to Book
Starting October 10th, 2025, eligible DVC Members can call Member Services at (800) 800-9800 to check availability and book their spot for this festive celebration.
Transportation
Whether you’re using Disney Resort Transportation, your own vehicle, or taking the ferry from Magic Kingdom Park, make sure to allow sufficient travel and transfer time. There is no direct route between Disney Resort Hotels and Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, so plan accordingly.
Important Information
Space is limited, so advance booking and full payment at the time of booking are required. Remember to include any infants (children under age 3) in your party when booking. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the full price of the experience.
