Discover Lesser Known DVC Discounts and Perks

Some of the best perks of Disney Vacation Club are the Membership Extras that Disney provides eligible DVC members. Many of the benefits are well known. Eligible members have access to discounts on select restaurants and merchandise, access to DVC Member Lounges, DVC Member cruises, Moonlight Magic events, and more.

Did you know that beyond these well known benefits, there are a large number of other discounts and perks? Below are some of the lesser known Disney Vacation Club benefits currently offered to eligible members:

• DVC Happily Ever After Fireworks Cruise: Enjoy spectacular views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks by enjoying a fireworks cruise on Seven Seas Lagoon. A DVC exclusive cruise is offered on Wednesday evenings, departing from the Contemporary Resort. Call Member Services for more information and to book.
• Splitsville Luxury Lanes Member Nights: This DVC exclusive offering takes place on Monday evenings at the Disney Springs location. It includes bowling, shoes, an appetizer, entree, signature beverage, and special gift. Book in advance by calling Member Services.
• Discounted tickets: Save $25 per ticket on water park tickets and up to $30 per ticket on Disney After Hours events. Discounts should generally apply automatically when you are signed into your My Disney Experience account at the time of purchase.

• Miniature golf: Save 15% at Winter Summerland, located next to Blizzard Beach, and Fantasia Gardens and Fairways, located near the Swan Hotel.
• Stroller and Mobility Device Rental: Save 10% on rental rates from Orlando Stroller Company and 10% on mobility device rentals from Buena Visa Scooter Rentals.
• Best Friends Pet Hotel: Want to bring your furry friends to Walt Disney World? Conveniently located on property, the Best Friends Pet Hotel currently offers a 10% DVC member discount for boarding services.
• Owner’s Locker: Get six months’ free storage and one year of unlimited deliveries with their special DVC discount. Owner’s Locker is a personal storage company which provides large storage boxes for frequent WDW visitors. You can use your locker to store toiletries, clothes, kitchen appliances, and other items which help make your trips easier. They will deliver your locker to you each trip and store it for you between visits.

• Disney Weddings: Planning your own Happily Ever After? Disney currently offers discounts between 10 to 15% on Disneyland and Walt Disney World wedding or vow renewal reception packages. Additionally, a discount is available for Aulani weddings.

• Member cocktails and meals: At the Disneyland Resort, enjoy two “made for members” cocktails. Sip on a Membership Magic Martini at GCH Craftsman Bar at the Grand Californian. Alternatively, enjoy the Welcome Home at the Palm Breeze Bar at the Villas at Disneyland Resort. At Alien Pizza Planet, located inside Disneyland Park, there is a special DVC only combo meal. Enjoy an artisan pizza, salad, and tiramisu dessert for $24.99. This would be a great option to take to Star View Station to enjoy a quiet lunch (located next door to Alien Pizza Planet).
