Disney Vacation Club Meet & Treat Returns to Disney’s BoardWalk for 2025

Get ready for a frightfully delightful Halloween experience! The Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Meet & Treat event is officially returning to Disney’s BoardWalk in October 2025. This complimentary Membership Magic event invites eligible Members to enjoy sweet treats and snap photos with beloved Disney Characters dressed in their Halloween best.


What is the DVC Meet & Treat?

The Disney Vacation Club Halloween Meet & Treat is a seasonal celebration that brings DVC Members together for a festive gathering filled with character meet-and-greets, Halloween photo opportunities, and complimentary treats. It’s a great way to enjoy exclusive magic while celebrating the spooky season.

When is the 2025 DVC Meet & Treat?

The 2025 DVC Meet & Treat will take place on the following dates:

  • Monday, October 13, 2025
  • Tuesday, October 14, 2025
  • Monday, October 27, 2025
  • Tuesday, October 28, 2025

Each DVC Membership is limited to attending one event date to allow more Members the chance to participate. All events run from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time.

Where is the Event Held?

The event will be hosted inside Disney’s BoardWalk Convention Center, adjacent to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn at Walt Disney World Resort.

Directions to the Venue:

  • From the bus stop: Use the covered walkway leading to the Convention Center on your right.
  • From the BoardWalk area: Walk toward the resort lobby and follow the outdoor stairs to a covered walkway connected to the venue. Look for event signage.

Is Parking Available? No resort parking is available for this event. Members are strongly encouraged to use Disney Resort transportation.

Who Can Attend?

To attend, Members must:

  • Be eligible for Membership Extras (direct member or DVC-Y eligable)
  • Have a qualifying reservation at a Disney-owned-and-operated resort at Walt Disney World or Disney’s Vero Beach Resort for the day of the event

Guest Policy Each Member can bring up to 4 guests per Membership Card, or the number of guests listed on their resort reservation—whichever is greater. All attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian.

Event Details & Requirements

  • Registration: No advance registration is required.
  • Check-in: Members must present a valid Digital Membership Card and photo ID. Temporary cards will not expedite check-in, so add your card to your mobile wallet before arriving.
  • Capacity: Admission is subject to capacity limits. If full, a standby line may be available until 1:00 PM.
  • Costumes: Costumes are welcome but must adhere to Walt Disney World’s in-park Halloween costume guidelines.
  • Note: Event details, treat offerings, and character appearances are subject to change or cancellation.
