Disney has just announced special preview opportunities for Disney Vacation Club Members and Annual Passholders to be the first to see the brand-new Zootopia: Better Zoogether! 4D show debuting this fall at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. These early access dates offer a first look at the immersive experience before it officially opens to all guests on November 7, 2025.
When Are the DVC Previews?
Eligible DVC Members can register for a special preview event taking place on November 1, 2, and 3, 2025. To qualify, Members must have booked a Walt Disney World Resort hotel stay using their Membership prior to October 19, 2025 for one of the event dates. Registration opens October 23, 2025, and details will be sent directly via email, so be sure to keep a close eye on your inbox.
DVC previews are open exclusively to eligible Members who qualify for Membership Extras, which include benefits like special event access. To participate, Members must have a valid Membership Card and meet all eligibility criteria for Membership Extras at the time of the event.
What About Annual Passholder Previews?
In addition to the Member previews, Annual Passholders will also get a sneak peek of the new show. Those previews are scheduled for November 5 and 6, 2025, at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
To access the preview, Passholders will need to use the virtual queue system in the My Disney Experience app. Here’s how it will work:
- At 7:00 AM, Passholders with a theme park reservation for Animal Kingdom can request to join the virtual queue.
- At 1:00 PM, any Passholder with valid admission—regardless of park reservation—can try for a spot.
It’s important to note that you don’t need to be inside the park to join the queue at either time, making it easier to plan your day around the experience.
What is Zootopia: Better Zoogether!?
This all-new 4D show invites guests into the heart of Zootopia for a celebration unlike any other. Hosted inside the Tree of Life Theater, the experience centers around Zoogether Day, a city-wide event that brings together all the animals of Zootopia through music, performances, and high-energy fun.
Guests will join a livestream “watch party” hosted by a lively new character named Heidi Howler, a fast-talking wolf who keeps the action moving. Audiences will watch as different regions of Zootopia showcase their talents—from ice dancing to aerial displays.
Adding to the excitement is a brand-new audio-animatronic figure of Officer Clawhauser, who appears in person in the theater as a superfan of the festivities. Decked out in party gear and his favorite concert tee, Clawhauser dreams of being named the V.I.Z.—Very Important Zootopian. And thanks to a special surprise moment in the show, guests may just get to cheer him on as he takes center stage.
To fully enjoy the experience, guests will wear Carrot Vision glasses, allowing the characters to “pop” from the screen in larger-than-life fashion. Expect appearances from fan-favorite characters like Nick Wilde, Judy Hopps, and others from both the original Zootopia and its upcoming sequel.
