2026 DVC Member Cruise Pricing Revealed

2026 DVC Member Cruise 1

Just a few weeks ago, Disney Vacation Club (DVC) announced the 2026 DVC Member Cruise aboard the Disney Dream, sailing through Northern Europe. As expected, the excitement was high, with Members (including myself) eager to see how much this once-in-a-lifetime voyage would set them back.

Well, the numbers are finally in… and they’re not for the faint of heart.

The Cost Breakdown – Is It Worth It?

The 2026 DVC Member Cruise points chart and cash pricing have been released, and let’s just say—this is not an affordable cruise by any stretch of the imagination.

Here’s a breakdown of pricing for three different stateroom categories (per person, based on double occupancy):

11C – Standard Inside Stateroom (Cheapest Option)

  • DVC Points: 370 points per person
  • Cash Price: $3,389 per person
  • Total for Two: $6,778 (740 points)

6B – Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah

  • DVC Points: 419 points per person
  • Cash Price: $3,838 per person
  • Total for Two: $7,676 (838 points)

3A – Concierge Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah

  • DVC Points: 770 points per person
  • Cash Price: $7,053 per person
  • Total for Two: $14,106 (1,540 points)

And that’s just the base cruise price!

If you’re thinking about adding Adventures by Disney’s London Escape (a 2-day pre-cruise package), that will run you an additional $7,000 for two people—which means a couple choosing Concierge could be spending over $20,000 for a 9-day experience when combining the cruise and ABD add-on.

How Does It Compare to Other Cruise Options?

Even before seeing these numbers, Amy did a little digging to compare pricing for similar Northern European itineraries. Here’s what she found:

  • Celebrity Cruises offers a 7-night Norwegian Fjords sailing in an aft balcony stateroom (a better cabin than Disney’s standard verandah) for around $4,300 TOTAL — that’s not per person, that is for both of us — almost half the cost of the DVC Member Cruise.
  • The Celebrity itinerary includes more time in Norway, with better port selections than what DVC’s cruise is offering.
  • While you won’t have the Disney magic onboard, you will get premium dining, luxurious accommodations, and a high-end cruising experience.
  • Let’s just call it the DVC Fan Member Cruise because that is probably what we will be booking for 2026!

Needless to say, as much as we’d love to sail on the 2026 DVC Member Cruise, these prices just don’t make sense for us.

Is the Member Cruise Experience Worth the Cost?

DVC Member Cruises do offer unique perks:

  • Exclusive entertainment featuring Disney insiders, Imagineers, and special guests.
  • One-of-a-kind keepsakes only available to Members on the voyage.
  • A fun, Disney-loving community onboard that makes for a unique atmosphere.

That said, these benefits come at a steep premium. While we’ve always loved the idea of doing a DVC Member Cruise, it’s hard to justify the cost when other options provide more value and better itineraries for significantly less money.

Final Thoughts

We were really hoping next year would be the year we got back onboard a DVC Member Cruise, but with these prices, it’s a hard pass for us.

What do you think? Are you planning to book the 2026 DVC Member Cruise, or are the prices too high for your taste? Let us know in the DVC Fan Facebook Group, and stay tuned for more DVC news and updates!

If you figure that the typical annual dues is about $9 per point, give or take, so $9 times 370 = $3,330 or roughly about the cash price. Similar for the others. Disney can do math. If you have the extra points lying around somehow, go for it. Otherwise just pay cash if you really want to go on this cruise.
