NEW DVC Welcome Home Weeks Bonus Savings

DVC Welcome Home Center - Fort Wilderness

Disney Vacation Club has just sweetened its already strong Summer 2025 incentives with a limited-time Welcome Home Weeks bonus. From August 14 through September 29, 2025, Members adding on 150 or more Vacation Points at select DVC resorts can receive an additional $750 in savings, bringing total potential savings to up to $5,250.

This offer is available only to Members who complete a qualifying sales tour, either via phone, online, or in person, and sign their contract within 7 days of that interaction.

What Is the Welcome Home Weeks Bonus?

The Welcome Home Weeks promotion is a special thank-you to current DVC Members who are considering adding on more points. It stacks on top of existing Summer 2025 incentives, meaning you can combine this $750 credit with the per-point discounts already in place for qualifying resorts.

For example, a Member adding 250 points at The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort could see total savings rise from $9,000 in standard Summer incentives to $10,250 with the Welcome Home Weeks bonus.

Key Details & Requirements

  • Dates: Offer valid August 14 – September 29, 2025
  • Eligibility: Current Members only (New Member incentives have not changed)
  • Minimum Purchase: 150 Vacation Points at select DVC resorts
  • Tour Requirement: Must complete a qualifying sales tour (phone, online, or in person)
  • Contract Deadline: Must purchase within 7 days of the tour
  • Savings Type: $750 credit applied to purchase price (not part of down payment)

Which Resorts Qualify?

While Disney has not published a full resort list for the Welcome Home Weeks bonus, it applies to select actively-selling resorts. Based on current direct availability, likely candidates include:

Why It Matters

This extra $750 can help offset closing costs or provide just enough incentive to move forward before the current Summer 2025 offer ends. Stacking promotions like this is rare for DVC, and the timing (late summer before the fall rush) suggests Disney is aiming to drive end-of-quarter sales.

For Members already eyeing an add-on this year, the Welcome Home Weeks bonus makes the math even more favorable, especially at high-value incentive tiers.

If you’re already considering adding on during this summer’s incentive cycle, the Welcome Home Weeks bonus is the perfect nudge. With up to $5,250 in combined savings, this is one of the most aggressive direct sales pushes DVC has offered in 2025. Just remember: the clock starts ticking as soon as you complete your sales tour!
