What Is DVC Moonlight Magic?
DVC Moonlight Magic events are complimentary after-hours events that are exclusive for eligible DVC Members. These events take place after the Disney Parks have closed to the public and offer shorter wait times for attractions, meet and greets with rare characters, free snacks, and special entertainment.

How Do You Register for DVC Moonlight Magic?
Registration is required for Moonlight Magic, and no walk-ins are available for the events.
Registration takes place online, usually at 11am EST. For early registration, eligible Members with a qualifying resort stay will receive an emailed link to the registration page. For general registration, check the DVC website for the registration page. We also normally share the link in the DVC Fan Facebook group.
DVC Members can only register for one event per season. You can register yourself and up to four guests, or up to the number of guests listed on your resort reservation.
On registration day:
- Visit the registration page to enter the virtual waiting room and join the queue. (For early registration, you’ll enter your DVC Member number to join the virtual queue.)
- When it’s your turn, fill out the form with your info (including the number of guests you are registering) to secure your spot.

Who Is Eligible for DVC Moonlight Magic?
DVC Moonlight Magic is a Membership Extra, so only Members with a “DVC-Y” membership card (or “DVC-YB” for Membership Magic Beyond) are eligible to participate. To qualify for Membership Extras, Members must have purchased at least 150 Vacation Points directly from Disney Vacation Development, Inc. or been grandfathered under old eligibility requirements.
