Set those alarms and make sure you have a good internet connection! Registration for Disney Vacation Club’s Moonlight Magic after-hours events at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will open online to members with a Disney Resort hotel reservation on Wednesday, April 20th, 2022!
This year’s Moonlight Magic at Hollywood Studios will be held on the following dates:
- Tuesday – May 24, 2022
- Thursday – June 16, 2022
- Thursday – July 14, 2022
This exclusive event for DVC members and their guests features complimentary refreshments, exclusive character meet-and-greets, access to select attractions with shorter-than-usual wait times, and a DJ dance party. In previous years, certain Moonlight Magic events have even featured special fireworks displays.

To register, Members must have an existing resort reservation at either Walt Disney World or Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, with a travel party finalized before Sunday, April 17th, 2022. Eligible members will receive an email on Tuesday, April 19th, 2022 with further instructions, including the reservation link. Although no specific time has been announced, prior event registrations began at 11:00am, EST this year.
Party size is limited to a Member and up to 4 additional guests, for a total of 5 tickets total, or the total number of guests on the resort reservation. Children under three years old do not need to be registered to attend.

General reservations open to all Members will begin on Tuesday, May 10th, 2022.
Please note that Moonlight Magic is considered a Disney Vacation Club – Membership Extra and can only be booked by direct members with a valid blue membership card.

April 8, 2022This will be our first ever event. We also made an impromptu reservation just to have a chance to go to this event. The excitement and anxiety is real. This will be icing on the cake if we score tickets for this event.

We did score a reservation for Remy before it opened on the 1st of October.
Will be trying to score the D23 Gold member tickets for Guardians. Being a charter member of the fan club I don’t get to many of the events.

April 8, 2022You don’t need admission for the moonlight magic event. It’s after park closing. You could always head there after magic Kingdom.
