Opening Prices and View Types for Polynesian DVC Island Tower

One Bedroom - Poly Island Tower

After a whirlwind of a morning with news shared on the new Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, we were finally able to secure some bookings at this newest DVC addition! While doing so, we got a peek into the opening prices of some of the rooms and wanted to share those with our community who might be looking to grab a stay on this momentous occasion. Brace yourself for the numbers I present to you below!

Opening Night Cash Pricing for Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian

  • Duo Studio Standard View: $696.94 per night
  • Duo Studio Theme Park View: $1,159.88 per night
  • Deluxe Studio Theme Park View: $1,271.54 per night
  • 1-Bedroom Standard View: $1,346.63 per night
  • 2-Bedroom Penthouse: $5,024.25 per night

View Types for Polynesian DVC Tower

Most room categories for the Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas and Bungalows include a combination of standard views, preferred views, and theme park views. We are assuming the standard view will be overlooking things like the parking lot area and located on lower floors. We are not sure if preferred view can expect views of the lake, pool, monorail, or maybe a mix of both. Theme park views will overlook Seven Seas Lagoon and face the Magic Kingdom.

We were able to snag a few room categories for the first two opening nights and are excited to share them with you soon!

Are you looking forward to staying at the Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas and Bungalows?  Let us know your thoughts in the comments below, and stay tuned to DVC Fan and the DVC Fan Facebook Group for more information as we look forward to celebrating its grand opening with you all later this year!

How long after this announcement do they typically release the point charts?

Historically we’ve seen some point information prior to cash sales so this is a bit unusual. Hopefully we get some more details in the next month or so.
