Disney’s Vero Beach Resort has announced the return of its beloved character breakfast at Wind & Waves Grill, starting April 20! The highly anticipated return of this character dining experience also brings with it a fresh and exciting new menu for guests to enjoy alongside their favorite Disney characters.
Located on Florida’s picturesque Atlantic Treasure Coast, Wind & Waves Grill at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort is ready to enchant guests with some new culinary delights as part of the return of its character brunch. Here’s a glimpse of a few of the new menu items coming to Wind & Waves Grill:
- Pastry Boat: Begin your breakfast adventure with an assortment of mini-pastries, served with a delightful mixed berry compote, perfect for sharing or indulging solo.
- Blueberry Pancakes: Dive into a stack of fluffy pancakes, bursting with blueberries and drizzled with homemade blueberry syrup, sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.
- Bananas Foster French Toast: For a luxurious start to the day, try the Bananas Foster French Toast. Made with soft challah bread and topped with a rich bananas foster sauce, this dish is complemented by a side of crisp bacon.
- Treasure Omelet: If savory is more your style, the Treasure Omelet offers a hearty option. A flavorful mix of golden cheddar, ham, bell peppers, and onions, accompanied by seasoned home fries, will fuel you for the day ahead.
As you enjoy breakfast, prepare for special visits from Goofy and Pluto. Dressed in their beach attire, they’ll be stopping by each table for memorable interactions, from fuzzy hugs to high fives. Don’t miss the opportunity to capture these moments with photographs.
This unique dining experience is available on Saturdays only, from 8 a.m. to noon, beginning on April 20th, and reservations are now open for booking!
While the DVC Fan Community has had mixed experiences at Wind & Waves, we had a wonderful breakfast there to wrap up our most recent trip to Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. That sentiment has also been echoed by our dear friends Jeff, Amy, Mandy, and Josh who all report having an enjoyable dinner experience there as well.
