2027 Disney Vacation Club Points Charts

2026 DVC Points Charts

The 2027 Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Points Charts are now available giving Members a detailed look at the points needed for each DVC resort in the coming year!

Understanding the DVC Points System

If you’re new to DVC or need a quick refresher, here’s the gist: DVC operates on a flexible, points‑based system where Members purchase a fixed number of points rather than a specific week or dates. Those points can be used to book stays at any DVC resort — subject to availability, resort, room type, travel dates, and view.

Each resort uses its own “points chart,” which defines how many points are required per night depending on your travel season, day of week, villa type, and room view. That flexibility is central to how DVC lets you tailor your vacations.

2027 DVC Points Charts Release

As per tradition, the 2027 Points Charts were released in early December, making them available well ahead of the new calendar year.

For your convenience, you can now access the full 2027 points charts for all DVC resorts via the links below:

(As with prior years, these charts cover different villa types, views, and seasonal travel periods.)

New DVC Fan Tool: Explore Points, Dates & Costs Like Never Before

We’re excited to share a brand-new planning tool for DVC Fan, designed specifically to make navigating the DVC Points Charts easier and more intuitive than ever!

This powerful new feature will allow you to:

  • Explore full points charts across all DVC resorts
  • Select specific travel dates to instantly see how many points are required
  • Compare room types, views, and seasonal costs side by side
  • Visualize year-to-year point chart changes for each resort
  • Easily link to Disney Vacation Club, DVC Rental Store, DVC Resale Market with selections.

Whether you’re deciding between a Standard View Studio at Disney’s Riviera Resort or a Lake View One-Bedroom at Bay Lake Tower, this tool will give you the data you need to make confident decisions.

Why These Charts Matter for Members

  • The charts are your primary tool to plan vacations effectively. By knowing how many points a stay will cost, you can match your point balance to your preferred travel dates and room type.
  • Because seasons and demand influence point costs heavily, timing your vacation during lower-demand periods (or being flexible with travel dates) can stretch your points further.
  • For Members considering resale or point purchases, the charts help estimate how “many nights per year” a given point balance can realistically yield.

What to Do Now — Planning Your 2027 Getaways

  1. Review your point balance and Use Year to estimate how many nights you can book under the new charts.
  2. Compare resorts, dates, and room types using our new DVC Points Calculator— flexibility can mean big savings in points.
  3. Watch for popularity peaks — holidays, school breaks, and summer will remain high-demand, which translates into higher point costs.
  4. Stay ready to book once your dates and resort are locked in — DVC resort availability tends to go fast once the 11-month window opens.

The 2027 DVC Points Charts deliver an essential planning guide for any Member or prospective Member looking to maximize the value of their points. With mostly modest adjustments, the 2027 charts allow for familiar planning while offering a fresh calendar for next year’s vacations.
