    What do you mean the contracts “expire?” Is this like a car lease, as opposed to a purchase, I that you then own nothing?
    – I was part of DVC in 1991 when there were four people: a VP, a Sales Director, a Resorts Rep, and a lawyer… and me, the go-fer.
