Disney Vacation Club (DVC) has announced that registration is now open for the 2024 DVC Condo Association Annual Meetings! This year’s meetings will feature a new format and will be held at Disney’s Contemporary Resort in Orlando, Florida from December 10th to December 12th, 2024.
The Annual Board and Member Meetings for each resort will take place individually on Tuesday, December 10th and Wednesday, December 11th. These meetings are specific to the Home Resort(s) you own, and only owners of that resort may attend. During these meetings, the Board of Directors will officially approve the proposed budget for the upcoming year. The meetings will be held at Disney’s Contemporary Resort Convention Center, and times for each individual Resort Association Meeting are provided in the RSVP link below.
On Thursday, December 12th, 2024, DVC is hosting a Member Gathering and Reception at 11:00 AM EST. This gathering is open to all DVC Members and will include a reception hosted by DVC leadership. Unlike previous years where the board and member meetings were held jointly, this reception provides a unique opportunity for all Members to come together and hear updates from DVC leadership in a more casual setting.
DVC Members can register for the Resort Association Board and Member Meetings as well as the Member Gathering and Reception online by visiting the Disney Vacation Club website. The deadline to register is Friday, December 6th, 2024.
If you’re planning to attend, note that an off-site parking area will be designated with bus and accessible van service to Disney’s Contemporary Resort Convention Center. Members staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel are encouraged to use Disney transportation to reach the event.
