Disney Vacation Club sales for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel are now open for existing Members, and we just got our first look at the incentives being offered at this new DVC property!
Opening pricing for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel will be $230 per point with a minimum 50-point member add-on. Incentives begin with a 125-point purchase, lowering the price per point to $226 per point, and get as low as $204 per point for Members looking to add on over 1,000 Vacation Points!

Historically, the initial Member add-on offers for a new Disney Vacation Club property provide some of the best values we ever see when it comes to discounts and incentives for the new resort. These member incentives for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel run now through May 29th, 2023:

These incentives are very similar to the initial Member add-on deals that were offered last year for The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, but come at a higher starting price per point.
Additional spring savings opportunities and incentives continue for other Disney Vacation Club properties at this time. New member incentives will be announced on May 30th, 2023, when sales for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel open to the general public.
