Celebrate love, magic, and Membership this February at the 2026 Disney Vacation Club Valentine’s Meet & Treat! This delightful Membership Magic event is back with a new location and the same sweet surprises, offering eligible Members a chance to enjoy delicious treats and snap heartwarming photos with favorite Disney Characters.
When and Where Is the 2026 DVC Valentine’s Meet & Treat?
This year, the Valentine’s Meet & Treat will be held at the Convention Center at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, specifically inside the Fantasia Ballroom West Salons & Pastorals (Main Level). Look for signage near the Convention Center entrance and follow directions toward the West Rotunda.

- Monday, February 2nd, 2026
- Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026
- Monday, February 9th, 2026
- Tuesday, February 10th, 2026
Event Hours:
11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time
To help accommodate as many Members as possible, only one event date is allowed per Membership.
Who Can Attend?
Attendance is open to eligible Disney Vacation Club Members who meet the following criteria:
- Must qualify for Membership Extras benefits
- Must have a qualifying reservation at a Disney-owned-and-operated hotel at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida or Disney’s Vero Beach Resort on the event date
Party Size Limits:
Each Member may bring up to 4 guests per Membership Card, or the number of guests listed on their Resort reservation.
Do I Need to Register in Advance?
No registration is required for the Valentine’s Meet & Treat. However, attendance is first-come, first-served and subject to venue capacity.
What Should Members Know Before Attending?
- Check-in Requirements: A valid Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Card and photo ID are required. The Member named on the card must be present.
- Digital Wallet Tip: Add your Digital Membership Card to your mobile device’s wallet ahead of time. The temporary card will not speed up check-in.
- Capacity Limit: Once capacity is reached, Members and Guests may wait in line for entry as space becomes available. Lines may close before 1:00 PM, depending on demand.
- Guests Under 18: Must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian.
- Transportation: No Resort parking is available for this event. Members are strongly encouraged to use Walt Disney World transportation to reach Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
- Subject to Change: Treat offerings and character experiences may vary. Event dates and details may be changed or canceled. This offer is nontransferable and may not be sold.
