Get ready for a brand new DVC preview center experience coming to the I4 and International Drive corridor in Orlando! As part of Disney’s Hollywood Plaza garage transformation, guests can visit an interactive Disney Vacation Club Virtual Discovery Station. This new preview experience features floor-to-ceiling screens that will transport you to your favorite resorts, theme parks, and more! Guests can step into the magic of a virtual 3D room tour and enjoy a variety of other videos and photo galleries.
The Disney Vacation Club Virtual Discovery Station will be part of a larger Walt Disney World Store. Guests will also be able to purchase a variety of Disney merchandise, as well as tickets from this new location.
You won’t be able to miss this new location, thanks to the state-of-the-art ribbon video display that wraps the building! Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and many other friends will take part in this impressive art display on the exterior of the Hollywood Plaza garage.

May 20, 2022Is this just to compliment what is available now, or will this be instead of seeing a real room? This sounds like a cool thing to check out, particularly if you are staying offsite. However, it’s not going to be the same at all as actually being able to see a real room, whether at the actual resort or a mock up one at a preview center. I would assume we will still be able to tour actual rooms, either at all resorts or at least of the actively selling ones? If I’m not buying sight totally unseen, like from home, I want to see a real thing and not a virtual one.
