DVC Announces Second Quarterly Condo Association Meetings for 2025

DVC Condo Meetings

Disney Vacation Club (DVC) has officially announced the second round of quarterly condo association meetings for 2025, continuing the new format introduced last year. These quarterly board meetings provide DVC Members with four opportunities each year to stay informed about important updates and developments at their Home Resorts.

  • Date: Tuesday, June 10, 2025
  • Location: Disney’s Contemporary Resort Convention Center

Parking & Transportation

  • Limited Parking: Available at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
  • Recommended: Use Disney-provided transportation to ensure timely arrival.

Meeting Attendance Requirements

  • RSVP Required: Members must RSVP online to attend.
  • Home Resort Access Only: Attendance is limited to Members who own at the specific resort holding the meeting.
  • No Guests Permitted: Only the Member(s) listed on the deed may attend.

Why These Meetings Matter

These quarterly meetings are part of a new structure introduced in 2024 to ensure greater transparency, engagement, and accountability for DVC Members. The quarterly format provides:

  • More Frequent Updates: Members receive consistent updates on resort operations, finances, and upcoming projects.
  • Direct Access to Leadership: Members can ask questions directly to the DVC Board of Directors.
  • Enhanced Transparency: Members stay informed about important decisions affecting their Home Resorts.

Meeting Agenda

If you’re attending the Q2 2025 DVC Condo Association Meetings, you can expect a structured agenda, including:

  1. Call to Order
  2. Declaration of Chairperson of the Meeting
  3. Calling of the Roll
  4. Verification of Quorum
  5. Proof of Notice of Meeting
  6. Approval of March 2025 Meeting Minutes
  7. Resort Updates: Key developments at each resort.
  8. Question & Answer Session: Direct Q&A with the Board of Directors.
  9. Adjournment

How to Stay Engaged Beyond the Meetings

Can’t attend the June meeting? Don’t worry—there are plenty of ways to stay informed and engaged with your Disney Vacation Club Membership:

  • Contact Member Services: Reach out with questions or concerns.
  • Follow Meeting Coverage: DVC Fan will provide highlights and recaps of key announcements.
  • Member Website: Stay updated through the official Member website.
  • Annual Member Reception: Continue engaging with DVC leadership and fellow Members each December.

Does This Affect All DVC Resorts?

No, these quarterly meetings only apply to DVC resorts located in Florida. Resorts outside of Florida—including Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas in Hawaii, Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort, as well as The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort—will continue with their traditional annual meeting format.

If you’re planning to attend, make sure to RSVP online before space fills up – Who am I kidding this won’t fill up… You’ll probably just find Old Key Jeff there. What questions are you hoping to see covered in these meetings? Let us know in the comments!

Ask when they plan on making a walking path or skyliner from AKL to AK park. 🙂
