VDH_Points_Charts_2024_FINALDisney Vacation Club sales for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel will open to existing members on May 2nd, and to the public on May 30th!
Opening pricing for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel will be $230 per point with a minimum 50-point member add-on.
The Villas at Disneyland Hotel ownership interest will last through January 31st, 2074. Bookings will begin on May 16th, 2023, for Members who add-on points at this new resort.
The new tower will feature 340 themed accommodations, including duo studios, deluxe studios, one- and two-bedroom villas, and three-bedroom grand villas. Each room will celebrate the creativity from Walt Disney Animation Studios films such as “Sleeping Beauty” and “The Princess and the Frog”.
The Villas are set to open September 28th, 2023, and we will be there to show you everything this new and exciting DVC property has to offer!
