When comparing the 2024–2025 points charts for the new Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows with those at Disney’s Riviera Resort, members will likely find the Island Tower offers a fairly equal value from what we’ve come to expect with recent nightly point costs. Here’s an analysis of the two properties based on the point requirements:
1. Duo and Tower Studio Comparison:
- Polynesian (Island Tower) Duo Studios: The nightly point requirement for a standard view duo studio during a non-peak season (Sun–Thu) starts at 12 points.
- Riviera Studios: For a similar time period, Riviera’s standard tower studio studio starts at 10 points.
2. Deluxe Studio Villa Comparison:
