Disney Vacation Club (DVC) has introduced new direct sales incentives for Spring 2025—and while no additional base price increases have been announced this time around, the value of available incentives has shifted when compared to the previous round offered earlier this year.
If you’re considering adding on to your Membership or purchasing DVC for the first time, here’s everything you need to know about this new limited-time offer, available through July 14, 2025.

Special Spring 2025 Incentives for Saratoga Springs
Disney Vacation Club has also introduced limited-time incentives for Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa—a property that has been officially sold out for direct sales for years.
Under this Spring 2025 promotion, buyers adding on or purchasing at Saratoga Springs can receive up to $20 per point in developer credit, depending on the number of points purchased. The incentive window runs through July 14, 2025, similar to the other new resort incentives.
However, while this may seem exciting on the surface, it’s important to keep context in mind:
- Direct pricing for Saratoga Springs currently sits at $215 per point before incentives.
- After incentives, a 150-point contract would still cost around $199 per point.
- Meanwhile, resale pricing for Saratoga Springs currently averages around $98 per point on the DVC Resale Market.
That means buyers choosing to purchase Saratoga Springs direct—even with incentives—are still paying over $100 more per point compared to resale prices. To put it another way: for the price of a 150-point direct contract, a buyer could almost purchase twice as many points via resale.
While this direct offer may provide a minor discount for Members seeking eligibility for direct Membership Extras or blue card benefits, it doesn’t present a compelling value purely from a financial perspective.
Still, the fact that Disney has reintroduced incentives on Saratoga Springs (similar to promotions offered last year) could suggest that Right of First Refusal (ROFR) activity at Saratoga Springs may soon begin increasing again after a period of relative quiet.

Analysis: Are These Spring 2025 Incentives Worth It?
More Bonus Savings, Lower Base Discounts
Compared to the February 2025 incentives, this new promotion reduces some of the per-point savings slightly (e.g., Riviera and Polynesian drops), but offsets it with bonus $1,000 savings at The Cabins at Fort Wilderness for eligible buyers.
The highest per-point savings now shift toward Aulani and The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, particularly for larger point purchases. However, buyers must weigh that against higher maintenance fees, transient taxes, and travel distance.
Best Value Resorts in This Round
- The Cabins at Fort Wilderness Resort – with the $1,000 bonus savings, this is easily the standout if you’re adding 150 points or more.
- The Villas at Disneyland Hotel – offering strong, consistent discounts across different purchase sizes.
- Aulani – huge savings if you’re looking for a Hawaiian getaway spot.
Meanwhile, Disney’s Riviera Resort and Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows continue to offer savings but are slightly less aggressive compared to past promotions.
If you’re ready to buy or add on now, these Spring 2025 incentives are worthwhile—especially at Fort Wilderness or Disneyland Hotel. If you’re price-sensitive, however, watching the resale market remains a smart strategy as overall direct pricing has risen in 2025.
