As of today, February 1st, existing DVC members can now begin purchasing points at The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. Additionally, we’ve gotten our first look at some of the incentives and details for this new Disney Vacation Club property.
Cabins at Fort Wilderness Cost
Pricing for The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort will start at $225 per point, in line with other current properties such as Riviera and Aulani.
Initial Member Add-On Incentives
After much anticipation and speculation, DVC has announced the initial incentives for add-on purchases at The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. With the lowest per-point savings and incentives compared to other properties in this round of Winter DVC offers it seems that DVC is not offering as much value for new additions to The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. This may cause some members to reconsider their options when it comes to purchasing additional points at this particular property. The move also could be strategic as they look to attract new buyers who have historically stayed at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort.
The following incentives are valid for Member Add-On Purchases at The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort through April 1st, 2024:

Fort Wilderness Cabins Annual Dues
The Annual Dues for 2024 at The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort are projected to be at $12.16 per point, positioning it as one of the highest of the DVC properties.
New Member Sales Begin February 27th
New member sales are not far behind, with a scheduled opening on Tuesday, February 27th. This will also likely include other introductory promotions for first-time Disney Vacation Club Members.
