CONFIRMED: Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort Sees Direct Price Increase

Update: 5/27/21: New pricing listed this morning on Disney Vacation Club’s website confirms that the direct price per point for Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa has increased to $180 per point.

As a nice segue from this week’s DVC Show, it appears that Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is about to “get the love it deserves” in the form of a direct sales price increase!

Multiple sources have confirmed that beginning tomorrow, May 27th, 2021, Saratoga Springs will see their direct sold-out Disney Vacation Club pricing increase to $180 per point.

As mentioned above, earlier this week on The DVC Show, the panel discussed the idea that Saratoga Springs does not get the love it truly deserves as a Disney Vacation Club Resort.

The show discussed how affordable Saratoga Springs was as a Disney Vacation Club property, especially on the resale market! Saratoga has historically been one of the best entry-level Disney Vacation Club properties for members looking to join at a lower price or those with plans to travel mostly inside the 7-month booking window.

Average resale prices for the resort have shown a steady increase over the past twelve months, and it will be interesting to see if DVC follows this price hike with more Right of First Refusal Action (ROFR) action.
