February 12, 2024This was such a great episode. I usually listen to the podcast, but I stopped 20 min. in and started over again on youtube. I loved all the ideas, although Jeff threw me with his Star Wars shirt. I agree with Doc Rob, though: Derek’s idea was my favorite. I especially liked where he placed it. I would definitely think about buying points there. Greece is so beautiful, and it would make a beautiful resort.
As for what they’ll do next? I agree that they’ll save money and convert something existing rather than building new. Partly for a reason no one mentioned on the show: I think they’re saving money for the 5th gate.
