DVC Show: Resort Only DVC Stays

Resort Only DVC Stays

Many DVC owners no longer have an annual pass since sales halted or maybe they just enjoy their resort very, very much. Today, we talk about resort-only stays and the myriad of things you can do and enjoy outside of the parks.

About Author

Paul lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife, Amy, and their three Spanish galgos, Hermès, Cinders, and Emerson. They’re Disney Vacation Club Members at five resorts, Disney World Annual Passholders, and always on the lookout for new ways to enjoy and maximize their DVC points. When he’s not at the parks or planning their next trip, Paul loves cooking (big Alton Brown fan), training for Disney races with Amy, and blasting Billy Joel in the background.

Our family is doing many resort only stays with a Turo and heading over to Universal where we just renewed our annual passes there, Our kids (9&5) have not complained or missed the parks. We will likely continue to use our DVC membership this way in in Orlando until WDW offers DVC members an AP option. Our kids really enjoy the resorts and my 9 year old is a huge thrill seeker enjoying the Velocicoaster and the other major thrill rides at Island of Adventure and Universal Studios.
