May 30, 2022Agree that sometimes the magic is definitely lacking On our last stay at Saratoga Springs had a reservation for one night in studio and for the rest of the week a three bedroom on arrival asked to upgrade the studio to the 3 bedroom to avoid hassle the next day to move.. We were told absolutely not. And did we have a hassle the next day. couldn’tget into the 3 bedroom until almost 6 pm. and was told we had to understand that it takes time to clean a 3 bedroom well it also takes a lot of points for a 3 bedroom. we had a infant and was very difficult but no one cared.

May 30, 2022Do you have any suggestions for what would have helped? I’d assume that they couldn’t upgrade you because the rooms were occupied, so nothing they could have done there. Obviously, we all get frustrated when the rooms aren’t ready when they’re supposed to be, so certainly that could have been better. What might they have otherwise done that would have helped in that situation?
