Disney Vacation Club sales for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel will open to existing members on May 2nd, and to the public on May 30th!
This exciting news was announced just a short time ago via Disney Parks Blog. We also recently shared our first look at the resort’s 2023 and 2024 points charts! Opening pricing for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel will be $230 per point with a minimum 50-point member add-on.
The Villas at Disneyland Hotel ownership interest will last through January 31st, 2074. Bookings will begin on May 16th, 2023 for Members who add-on points at this new resort.
Just yesterday, we learned that the new Disneyland DVC Tower would contain resale restrictions, similar to Disney’s Riviera Resort. The last question that still remains regarding The Villas at Disneyland Tower is when current members will be able to begin booking the resort with their points.
In a recent poll we ran on the DVC Fan Facebook Group, only 21% of Members stated that they were considering a new or add-on purchase at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel.
The new tower will feature 340 themed accommodations, including duo studios, deluxe studios, one- and two-bedroom villas, and three-bedroom grand villas. Each room will celebrate the creativity from Walt Disney Animation Studios films such as “Sleeping Beauty” and “The Princess and the Frog”.
The Villas are set to open September 28th, 2023, and we will be there to show you everything this new and exciting DVC property has to offer!

April 18, 2023Ok, so let’s consider the price… or better yet, let’s consider the value. Rivera is selling for ruffly the same price (perhaps $10 less per point) when purchasing from DVC. Now look at the price on the resale market. Because of DVC resale restrictions, it is substantially less…. Is the “perceived value” worth loosing about $80 per point, if you have to or choose to sell?
