New DVC Moonlight Magic Merchandise Spotted for 2026

Disney Vacation Club kicked off its 2026 Moonlight Magic season with an exclusive event at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and we’re already seeing a fresh wave of Moonlight Magic-inspired merchandise — complete with a new Mickey design that appears to be sticking around this year.

DVC Fan contributor Ryan Chung was on-site last night and spotted two new items now available for Members in select locations.

What new Moonlight Magic merchandise is available for 2026?

At the event, we spotted two main items that showcase the new 2026 design direction:

1. Moonlight Magic Mickey Sweatshirt – $59.99 (Before DVC Discount)

This navy blue sweatshirt features Mickey Mouse perched on a crescent moon surrounded by whimsical, mid-century modern starbursts and cosmic designs. The front graphic shows Mickey in his signature red top, casting a magical glow across the shirt — and the DVC logo subtly appears beneath the design. A smaller version of the Mickey-on-the-moon image is featured on the front chest of the sweatshirt, giving it a classic, wearable appeal.

Retail Price: $59.99 before applicable DVC discounts

2. DVC Member Tervis Water Bottle

Moonlight Water Bottle

Also spotted was a sleek Tervis water bottle with the same Moonlight Magic-inspired Mickey design. This double-walled bottle features the DVC Member logo, along with stylized stars and constellations. It uses the Tervis “VersaLid” 2-in-1 straw and chug top for versatile sipping on the go.

Notable Feature: Clearly marked “Disney Vacation Club Member” branding

This new Mickey style has appeared on other merchandise across Walt Disney World recently, including at the 2026 runDisney Marathon Weekend, signaling a design continuity that we may see throughout the year.

Are Disney Vacation Club’s Moonlight Magic merchandise choices missing the mark?

Here’s my honest take — I feel like Disney Vacation Club keeps overthinking the Moonlight Magic merch.

Many years ago, especially pre-2020, Moonlight Magic merchandise felt more direct, more purposeful. Back then, we saw designs that clearly included the Moonlight Magic logo, and often event-specific branding — for instance, shirts branded uniquely for the Magic Kingdom or EPCOT Moonlight Magic events. Some even included a full list of that year’s event dates, like a concert tour t-shirt. It was simple. It was smart. And it probably sold better.

The current merchandise, while stylish and nostalgic, doesn’t actually say Moonlight Magic anywhere on it. That’s a big miss. If I’m buying merchandise tied to a once-a-year event, I want that event named on the item. Just putting the official Moonlight Magic logo on a t-shirt — literally just slapping it on there — would probably drive stronger sales than some of the more abstract offerings we’ve seen over the past couple of years.

Right now, it feels like they’re trying to design items that go beyond Moonlight Magic, and in doing so, they lose the uniqueness and event-specific appeal.

We’d love to hear what you think. Do you like this new direction? Would you prefer more literal event branding on your DVC merch?
