Disney’s Vero Beach Resort Refurbishment to Include NEW Pull-Down Murphy Beds

Murphy Beds are headed to Disney’s Vero Beach Resort as part of its scheduled Disney Vacation Club soft-goods refurbishment!

Refurbishment is scheduled to begin this winter and will continue throughout 2024. Plans for this soft-goods refurbishment include updated bedding, curtains, carpet, and upholstery in addition to Murphy Beds.

It is likely that Murphy Beds will only appear in the resorts Deluxe Studios and 1 & 2-Bedroom Villas, as the resorts “Inn” rooms have traditionally featured two queen beds.

Murphy beds seem to be here to stay, and we can only hope to continue to see them incorporated into future Disney Vacation Club Resort refurbishment projects. Let us know in the comments what you think of the addition of these Murphy beds throughout Disney’s Vero Beach Resort and what new touches you also hope to see incorporated into these refreshed accommodations!
