    Our first contract was direct from Disney on board a Disney Cruise. At that time they were pushing Aulani but also had Grand Floridian available. The availability of VGF, a use year that fit our travel patterns (December), my working through the per year costs versus our usual WDW trips (we stay deluxe making DVC an easier sell) the fact that I could pay using my credit card (hello frequent flyer miles) AND I had vacation points immediately was icing on the cake. Our very first stay at DVC was enough to tell us that we needed more points. We came to our senses and added on via resale.
