Amy and I are new Orlando, Florida residents where we live with our dogs Odie the greyhound and Hermès the Spanish galgo. We are DVC owners at Animal Kingdom Lodge, BoardWalk Villas, Grand Californian, Grand Floridian, and Polynesian, Disney World Annual Passholders, and love educating Disney Vacation Club members on how to both use and maximize the value of their DVC points!

This is our first home resort and I absolutely love it. You can’t beat the location. I am not a huge fan of the studio unless there is only 2 people staying in it, however the 1 bedroom and above are wonderful!!!
Have not been there yet, and still bought there! Hopefully our Welcome Home October trip will still hold up! Stay safe and healthy everyone!
Just an FYI if you are a family of 4 or more and staying in a two bedroom Villa this resort feature 3 bathrooms with a shower. a major plus ! A theme park view in the evening looks as if your in a gorgeous Manhattan pent house over looking the lights.I also agree with Pete would be nice for top of the world to feature some type of continental breakfast. As a child growing up in the 70’s we always stayed at contemporary where the original top of the world was located (now California Grill) and they had the most fantastic Breakfast buffet on property watching the sun rise up top with the most spectacular array of food was the Best way to start a day at Disney to bring that experience back at the new top of the world would be incredible.
