Adding to the list of events affected by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Disney Vacation Club quietly announced Friday that the scheduled Moonlight Magic events for Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park on July 27th and August 10th, 2020, have been canceled.
Registration was previously delayed for these events when other Moonlight Magic cancelations were announced earlier this year.
With more and more events impacted by the resort and theme park closures, any hopes of these events being rescheduled at a later date are quickly dwindling.
The last and final Moonlight Magic events on the chopping block for this year are Disney’s Hollywood Studios on September 15th, September 22nd, and October 6th, 2020. Currently, the Disney Vacation Club website states that members with resort reservations will be able to book these events beginning July 15th, 2020, with general registration open to all members on July 22nd, 2020.
