As you walk through Walt Disney World these days, a noticeable difference is how empty the Disney Vacation Club sales kiosks are. No more vans whisking potential buyers off to Saratoga Springs. No more complimentary gift cards or Fastpasses. No more free ice cream. Things have definitely changed…

With the DVC Preview Center closed for the foreseeable future, Disney Vacation Club is now offering guests the opportunity to step inside a villa at one of many resort locations across property.

Guests staying at one of the resorts listed below can stop by the room numbers listed between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm Monday through Friday for a tour. Those staying at a different resort can also call 407-827-4744 to schedule an Open House tour of Disney’s Riviera Resort.

Resorts and rooms that are available to tour include:

Disney’s Riviera Resort

  • 2-Bedroom Villa: Rooms 8244 and 8246

Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort

  • 2-Bedroom Villa – Lake View: Room 7405

Members and guests visiting these open house tours will also receive a free Riviera Resort art print as a small gift for attending.

If interested in learning more about this new Open House opportunity or to chat with a Disney Vacation Club Case Member, visit DiscoverDVC.com or call 888-238-0001.

Free Riviera Art Print for visiting a DVC Open House

We believe we may see this new direct sales method stick around for a while and may also be an indication that DVC is interested in selling more points at sold-out properties in this new era.

Be sure to check out one of these open houses on your next trip to Walt Disney World and let us know in the comments what you think of this new DVC sales technique!
