A few things to keep in mind…
- Payment is due in full for reservations within 45 days. Reservations beyond 45 days require a 50% deposit and final payment will be due 45 days out from check-in.
- All Confirmed Reservations are booked through the Disney Vacation Club. None are RCI reservations and none require that additional funds be paid at resort check-in.
- Confirmed Reservations cannot be altered in any manner.
- Travel dates cannot be moved or shortened.
- These reservations are already made, confirmed, and are in place.
- Confirmed Reservations are listed at varying $/point price points, but are always priced at a savings compared to Disney’s rack rates.
- Aulani Transient Accommodations Tax – Please be aware that the State of Hawaii imposes a daily transient accommodations tax based upon the number of Vacation Points required for all Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas, Ko Olina, Hawaii, stays. You must pay this tax in person at the Aulani Resort. Please note that the tax is not covered under any payments made to the DVC Rental Store.

Confirmed Reservation FAQ
What is a ‘Confirmed Inventory’ reservation?
Confirmed Inventory are reservations that have already been secured by a member and are just waiting on a guest to purchase the reservation. This means you do not have to worry about reservation availability, or for a Member to be matched that can book your open listing, as it has already been reserved with the Member.
How do I secure a ‘Confirmed Inventory’ reservation?
Click ‘Request’ for the reservation you’re interested in and fill out the form. This will alert a Dreams Unlimited Travel Agent that you’re interested and they will get back to you with instructions on how to purchase.
Can these reservations be modified?
No. These reservations are already set, so what you see is what you get. They cannot be modified.
