Given the time of year, I’ve basically been in a constant state of refreshing the Disney Vacation Club Moonlight Magic website, looking for any sign of additional 2026 dates or the 2027 schedule, which is typically released around this time of year.
In doing so, I decided to poke around some of the old registration queue pages from previous Moonlight Magic events. Somehow, I stumbled across what appears to be a semi staged version of a new online registration queue.
The page appears to be tied specifically to a Fall 2026 Moonlight Magic registration and is currently configured to begin on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.
There really is not much else to report just yet, and Disney has not officially announced any additional 2026 Moonlight Magic dates. Still, the writing certainly seems to be on the wall that we could see additional events later this year.
Last year we saw this exact same thing play out when the 2026 DVC Moonlight Magic events were announced. Disney Vacation Club added three additional events at Disney’s Animal Kingdom on October 29, November 18, and December 15, 2025.
Historically, Animal Kingdom has been the home of these late year additions. With all of the active construction happening over there right now, though, I do have to wonder whether Disney might switch things up in 2026?
Of course, my mind immediately went to one possibility: how cool would it be to have a holiday Moonlight Magic event at EPCOT during the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays?
A man can dream, can’t he? LOL.
For now, we’ll continue waiting for more information about Moonlight Magic in 2027, along with any potential additional dates for the remainder of 2026. As soon as we hear more, we’ll have all the details right here on DVCFan.com.
