    Like you shows, I am listening to your dues podcast now. When we bought our first Wilderness lodge in 2002 our sales rep told us that the DVC resorts would always be highly themed with that home feeling. , remember “welcome Home” we get told that now about 1/2 the time. What happened with DVC is they kept raising point prices and then selling small 50 and 100 point contracts, and these new members still wanted a week or more out of their points. So how do you do that? you build hotel rooms and call them studios. you are talking about the poly now it will be a hampton in on the water. So the small contract buyers have essentially ruined the quality of the product.
